Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 25, 2026
Welcome to Wholesome Journey, LLC (“Wholesome Journey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, participating in, or using our website, services, memberships, individual sessions, group experiences, workshops, welcome sessions, and drop-in gatherings, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
Nature of Services, Group Participation & Confidentiality
WholesoMe Journey offers guided group experiences, individual sessions, and supportive practices designed to promote personal growth, nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, reflection, and deeper self-understanding.
Our services are educational and supportive in nature and are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, crisis services, or a substitute for clinical care. Participation in any offering does not establish a therapist-client relationship, and no diagnosis, treatment, or clinical mental health services are being provided.
While some services may be facilitated by a licensed clinician, including a licensed clinical social worker, all services offered through WholesoMe Journey are provided in a coaching and facilitation capacity, outside the scope of psychotherapy.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require urgent clinical support, please contact a licensed mental health provider or emergency services.
Participation in 3-month group containers requires completion of a brief introductory video to the MAP Method prior to the first session. This helps create a shared foundation and supports a deeper, more meaningful group experience.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and help maintain a safe, supportive, and confidential group environment. For 3-month group containers, participants may also be included in a private WhatsApp group for connection and support between sessions.
We ask all participants to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others within the group. However, because group participation involves other individuals, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed, and we are not responsible for information shared by participants outside the group space.
Additionally, because one of our facilitators is a licensed clinician and mandated reporter, there are legal limits to confidentiality. If information is shared involving risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult, or other situations where disclosure is required by law, appropriate reporting may be required.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a group experience if behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, harmful, or not aligned with the integrity of the container. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Individual experiences and outcomes will vary, and no specific results are guaranteed.

Membership payments
Once a payment has been processed, refunds will not be issued for any reason.
Rescheduling and Missed Sessions
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.
Frequent rescheduling may indicate that the work is not the right fit at that time. More than three reschedules may require a conversation about whether continued participation is appropriate.
Group Sessions
If a participant misses a scheduled group session, refunds or make-up sessions are not provided.
For 3-month group containers, participants will receive session recordings.
Welcome sessions and drop-in gatherings are not recorded.
If Wholesome Journey or the facilitator needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the session will be rescheduled accordingly.
Recordings
3-month group container sessions are recorded.
Participants in those containers will receive access to session recordings for personal use only.
Recordings may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose without written permission.
Welcome Sessions / Discovery Gatherings may be recorded for educational, training, and internal business purposes. By registering for and attending these sessions, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of recording.
These recordings will be kept private and will not be shared publicly without your explicit permission. If you have any questions or concerns about recordings, please contact us prior to attending.
