Questions & Answers
About the group membership experience
What happens during the group sessions?
Sessions begin with grounding to help participants settle in. We then move into a guided awareness practice, followed by MAP superconscious clearing based on what arises in the group. Each session closes with optional reflection, with simple practices offered between sessions to support integration.
Who are these groups for?
We offer several groups across different levels and communities of women; we invite you to explore the Groups page to find the one that resonates most with where you are right now.
Do I need prior experience with inner work or personal development?
No experience with inner work is necessary. Come as you are.
What is MAP?
MAP (Make Anything Possible) is a guided process that helps release stored patterns and support new ways of responding. It works with the subconscious mind, without needing to analyze or relive the past.
You remain fully aware and in control throughout. The process follows what your system is ready to shift, allowing change to happen in a way that feels more natural and less forced. Over time, this can support greater ease, clarity, and resilience.

What is the purpose of the WhatsApp group?

Are the facilitators active in the WhatsApp group?
Yes. The facilitator occasionally checks in and offers light guidance or encouragement, though the main purpose is peer connection and shared support.
The space is held with the same respect and confidentiality as the live sessions.
