Dasha Gorinshteyn, Founder
Dasha is a licensed clinical therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals through periods of stress, transition, and emotional overwhelm.
Her work focuses on creating a space where defenses can soften, allowing people to see themselves and their experiences with greater clarity.
She brings a steady, attuned presence—both warm and direct—helping people gently step out of patterns that no longer feel aligned and reconnect with a clearer, more grounded sense of themselves.
Alongside her clinical background, Dasha integrates awareness-based and nervous system–focused approaches, as well as training in NLP, hypnosis, and the MAP (Make Anything Possible) method. Through this work, she supports the clearing of subconscious emotional patterns that can quietly shape behavior, including hesitation, self-doubt, and difficulty making aligned decisions.
As these patterns begin to shift, many people find a greater sense of ease in how they choose and move through their lives—with more clarity, self-trust, and integrity.
She is especially drawn to working with women who carry a great deal and are ready to shift patterns that extend beyond themselves. At the heart of her work is a genuine desire to help people feel lighter, more connected, and more aligned with themselves.
Dasha is a mother of five and lives in Staten Island, NY with her husband, their children, and two cats.
“My work is guided by both lived experience and years of practice. I integrate trauma-informed care, parts work, and neuroscience-based approaches, while also working with subconscious patterns to support meaningful, lasting change.”
— Dasha
Kseniya holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, with a deep desire to make a meaningful, positive impact in the world.
She trained clinically under Dasha, and their work is rooted in a deep connection formed through years of trust, shared values, and mutual support through life’s hardest moments.
Kseniya brings a thoughtful, intuitive presence to this work, shaped by both her professional training and her personal journey. She is deeply influenced by the belief that at the core of who we are, there is something inherently kind, steady, and whole.
Inspired by the work of Fred Rogers, she holds a simple but meaningful perspective: that love—or the absence of it—shapes much of our experience. Through this lens, she values kindness, presence, and the quiet ways we impact one another.
In her role, Kseniya helps shape and build this work from the ground up, creating a space that feels supportive, intentional, and expansive.
Kseniya lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and their daughter.
