Dasha Gorinshteyn, Founder

Dasha is a licensed clinical therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through periods of stress, transition, and emotional overwhelm.

Her work focuses on creating a space where defenses can soften, allowing people to see themselves and their experiences with greater clarity.

She brings a steady, attuned presence—both warm and direct—helping people gently step out of patterns that no longer feel aligned and reconnect with a clearer, more grounded sense of themselves.

Alongside her clinical background, Dasha integrates awareness-based and nervous system–focused approaches, as well as training in NLP and hypnosis, supporting the mind and body in settling and reorganizing.

Her approach recognizes that many patterns are shaped by layers of protection developed over time—and that as these layers begin to soften, something more natural and aligned can emerge.

She is especially drawn to working with women who carry a great deal and are ready to shift patterns that extend beyond themselves. At the heart of her work is a genuine desire to help people feel lighter, more connected, and more aligned with themselves.

“My work is guided by both lived experience and years of practice. I integrate trauma-informed care, parts work, and neuroscience-based approaches, while also working with subconscious patterns to support meaningful, lasting change.”

Kseniya holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, with a deep desire to make a meaningful, positive impact in the world.

She trained clinically under Dasha, and their work is rooted in a deep connection formed through years of trust, shared values, and mutual support through life’s hardest moments.

Kseniya brings a thoughtful, intuitive presence to this work, shaped by both her professional training and her personal journey. She is deeply influenced by the belief that at the core of who we are, there is something inherently kind, steady, and whole.

Inspired by the work of Fred Rogers, she holds a simple but meaningful perspective: that love—or the absence of it—shapes much of our experience. Through this lens, she values kindness, presence, and the quiet ways we impact one another.

In her role, Kseniya helps shape and build this work from the ground up, creating a space that feels supportive, intentional, and expansive.
