Nature of Our Services

WholesoMe Journey offers guided group experiences designed to support personal growth, nervous system regulation, reflection, and emotional well-being. Our offerings are educational and supportive in nature and may include facilitated group experiences, memberships, workshops, and coaching-style support. They are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, or crisis services, and participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship. Although some services may be facilitated by a licensed clinician, these offerings are not provided as clinical therapy services.

We respect your privacy and handle personal information with care. Information shared through registration forms, email communication, payment processing, and participation in our offerings is used solely for communication, scheduling, service delivery, and business operations.

While we value confidentiality, legal exceptions may apply. Because one of our facilitators is a licensed clinician and mandated reporter, disclosure may be required in situations involving risk of harm, suspected abuse or neglect, or other circumstances required by law.
